First point of contact for users. You answer questions, reproduce issues, and route complex cases to L2. Most work happens in a ticket system and Telegram.
You investigate escalated cases, dig into logs, and work closely with the dev team to identify root causes. When bugs are confirmed you write the reproduction case and track the fix.
We run on Docker + Nginx + PostgreSQL + Redis. You'll own deployments, CI/CD, monitoring, and on-call. The infrastructure is small today, but the traffic spikes are real.
You'll work on improving solve accuracy across captcha types: image captchas, audio, and model-based approaches. Involves dataset collection, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Core API and solver pipeline are written in Go. You'll build new endpoints, optimise hot paths, and help design the queue and worker architecture as load grows.
