How do I solve a captcha if I'm new to this?+
It's easier than it looks: you don't have to write the code yourself. Send any AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) a link to our and ask it to build the integration for your case. The AI will write working code and guide you through the next steps.
How do I top up my balance?+
Right now top-ups are handled individually, on request via our support team. Automatic crypto top-ups are coming soon, with bank card payments following right after. We are actively growing and currently offer test top-ups on request: to add funds, email us at support@captcha-solver.com.
What if a captcha isn't solved?+
You only pay for solved captchas, i.e. solutions where a token was returned in the response. If no token came back, you are not charged and a retry is free.
The token I received doesn't work. What should I do?+
This is normal: the way a token is applied on the target page can be unique and site-specific, and such cases need to be debugged individually. Start by checking how the target page applies the token and what happens to it when you solve the captcha on the page manually. Keep in mind that a captcha may use extra protection parameters, and they can be dynamic rather than static. If the captcha has such parameters, make sure you fetch them correctly every time. If you can't pinpoint the cause, contact our support team and they will help you.
Can I report a token that doesn't work?+
Token reports are not implemented yet; the feature will be added later. If your solutions don't work, contact our support team.
Do I need a company to register?+
No, sign up as an individual: email, password, and you can top up and send requests right away.
Can I solve any captcha? Are there restrictions?+
The service is intended for lawful automation only: testing your own applications or systems you are authorized to test, accessibility scenarios, and automation permitted by the target resource's rules. Bypassing third-party protection without authorization, spam, and fraud are prohibited — see the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
