These Terms are an agreement between Individual Entrepreneur Dzmitry Dubouski, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, identification number 345714104 ("we", "the service"), and you — the individual or organization that created an account ("you"). Payments and refunds are governed by the Payment Policy, and permitted use cases by the Acceptable Use Policy; both are an integral part of these Terms.
By creating an account or using the captcha-solver API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use captcha-solver only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to bypass security measures on systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test, to send spam, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, captcha-solver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will first attempt to resolve any disagreement through negotiation: contact support and we will respond on the merits. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it is referred to the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
