captcha-solver works on a prepaid balance. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees. You top up your balance and spend it as you go. Unused balance never expires.
A charge is applied immediately when a captcha is submitted to the service. If the captcha is not successfully solved, the amount is returned to your balance within 24 hours. A captcha counts as successfully solved when the response contains a solution token that you apply on the target page. The price per solve is shown on the pricing page and may vary by captcha type.
You are responsible for submitting valid and correctly formatted captcha data. Intentionally sending unsolvable captchas in order to disrupt the service may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
Unused balance is refunded upon request to technical support. If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support within 14 days with your request ID.
If you are unable to solve captchas successfully or cannot determine the correct parameters, contact our technical support and we will help you configure the integration.
At the moment, balance top-ups are processed manually via technical support. We are currently integrating cryptocurrency payments, and bank card payments will follow. To top up your balance, contact technical support: we respond quickly, help with the payment, and credit your funds.
Cryptocurrency top-ups are processed through a payment provider. The following rules apply:
We may request additional information about a payment or the payer, and may suspend crediting or refunding funds if we detect suspicious activity, sanctions-related risks, or other factors covered by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) rules. An approved refund of a cryptocurrency top-up is sent to the original sender address, minus network fees.
The service offers test balance top-ups. A test top-up is free: you receive a trial amount on your balance and can try solving captchas without depositing your own funds. Test top-ups are processed manually via technical support, and each request is reviewed individually. Balance received through a test top-up can only be used within the service: it is not eligible for refunds, since it is not funds you actually deposited. To get test funds, contact technical support.
